Local Alcohol Program (LAP)

Local Alcohol Program (LAP) is designed to produce a significant impact on a local community’s impaired driving problem. Project activities may include local task force formation, DUI enforcement, public information and education, prosecution and adjudication.

In order to apply for this program the Specifications for the LAP Grant and the TS 08 Highway Safety Project Agreement listed below must both be downloaded and completed. The other forms listed below are used for the administration of the grant once it is awarded.
